What is the Client Loyalty Program?
The Kissed by the Sun Spa Client Loyalty Program is a way for us to reward our repeat and consistent clients who book with Kissed by the Sun Spa on a regular basis. It is our way of expressing our gratitude for your constant business and support. It truly is a big "Thank you!" to our loyal clientele.
How do I sign-up to join the Client Loyalty Program?
Membership MUST be completed online. This allows us to verify you as a "loyal" or consistently repeat customer. You may sign-up by selecting the "Sign Up" button present on this page, the Client Loyalty Program page, or the Home page. Sign up is easy. It only requires your name, email, and phone number.
What is required of me to become a Loyalty Member?
To become a Client Loyalty Program Member, you must have booked and completed any service at least two times within a six-month timeframe prior to sign-up for Loyalty membership. Once you have completed your second booked spa visit, you may sign-up to become a Client Loyalty Member. You sign up online through the Kissed by the Sun Spa website.
How do I maintain my Membership?
Maintaining your Client Loyalty Member membership is easy! All you have to do is book and complete any service every two months. So, for example, if you booked a colonics treatment in May 2026, then as long as you book and complete any service by July 2026, you maintain your Client Loyalty Program membership and its benefits. It's that simple!
If I am removed as a member, can I rejoin?
YES! Loyalty membership is removed only if a client has not booked and completed any service within a two-month (60 day) period. However, all you have to do is book and complete at least two services within a two-month period, and your membership can be renewed. You may sign-up again online, or you may call us to assist you to re-join the Program. It should be noted that all of your benefits associated with the Loyalty program will be reinstated. However, the 30% off initial sign-up discount coupon is not applicable and will not be re-issued.
What are the benefits of Loyalty membership?
There are many benefits to signing up for the Client Loyalty program:

Where can I find the offered specials or promotions?
All specials and promotions will be displayed on the Client Loyalty Program page of our website (www.kissedbythesunspa.com). You can find the link to the Client Loyalty Program in the menu located at the top of each page, just select "More" and the "Loyalty Program" link will pop-up as one of the selection choices.
Are there any time constraints to use the discounts?
Yes, there are time constraints on some of the special discounts and promos. These vary and will be listed with the notification containing the special discount and/or promotion. Most often, the Loyalty Member will have between 30 and 60 days from issuance to use the special discount or promotion.
However, there are some member-only discounts that do not expire, and are available for the honored price as long as your Client Loyalty Program membership is valid and in good standing. These services include:

No! Your name and email or any information associated with your account is never sold. We value your information and collect only what is necessary for account/membership sign-up and verification.


About the Added Benefit of the Referral Program
Our Referral Program is just an additional perk that automatically comes with signing up for the Client Loyalty Program. It is just what its name says -- a referral program! There is no fee, no bells and whistles. The more people who you refer (1, and every third referral thereafter) that book and complete any service, you will receive a coupon (either 20 or 50% off, respectively) for any service you choose.
